We are looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building FinP Circle an early-stage fintech platform with a big ambition.

The idea is no longer just an idea we’ve already started building the MVP.

We currently have developers working on the initial product, but we’ve reached a stage where we need an experienced technical leader who can take ownership of the technology, guide the developers, and help turn the MVP into a robust, scalable platform.

What is FinP Circle?

FinP Circle is a private fintech community platform designed to create a trusted environment where professionals and end users can discuss money, careers and financial wellbeing.

We want to make conversations around money more open, meaningful and trusted while creating opportunities for companies to showcase relevant products directly to end users.

What will you do?

As Co-Founder – Product & Technology, you will play a central role in building the company.

You will:

  • Lead and mentor our existing developer
  • Work alongside them to develop the MVP and future platform
  • Take ownership of the technical roadmap
  • Define the right technology stack and architecture
  • Build the company's IT infrastructure from the ground up
  • Develop scalable, secure and reliable systems
  • Shape UX/UI and product functionality with the founder
  • Introduce appropriate APIs, automation and future AI capabilities
  • Establish development processes, standards and security practices
  • Help recruit and build the future technology team
  • Be involved in product strategy and key business decisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who am I looking for?

We are not looking for someone who simply wants a development job. We are looking for someone who wants to build a company.

You could be a:

  • Full-Stack Developer
  • Software Engineer
  • Product Engineer
  • Technical Product Manager
  • CTO-level developer
  • Entrepreneurial technologist

Most importantly, you should have the mindset to take ownership, solve problems and build alongside the founder.

Experience in fintech, social platforms, communities, SaaS or consumer technology would be a huge advantage.

What do you get?

This is a genuine founding-team opportunity.

  • No salary at the current stage
  • Equity opportunity for the right person
  • Help shape the product from the ground up
  • Lead the technology and development function
  • Have a real voice in product and business decisions
  • Opportunity to help build and scale a UK fintech startup
  • Work directly with the founder and founding team

The equity will be discussed openly based on experience, commitment and the level of responsibility you take on.

Why join now?

Because you won’t be joining after everything has already been decided. You’ll be joining while the MVP is being built at the stage where you can influence the architecture, technology, product, team and ultimately the direction of the company.

If you’ve ever wanted to say:

“I helped build this company from the beginning.”

This could be that opportunity.
