Company Description

Manchester Founders is a new community designed to make networking between founders at similar stages straightforward, meaningful, and high-value. The community brings together founders across a wide range of experience, from those with decades in business and funded teams to those just starting out. Events range from curated dinner tables of up to six people, matched by factors like time in business, investment stage, and team size, to group events, summer parties, and hikes shaped by what the community wants. The focus throughout is sharing insights, tackling challenges, and offering genuine peer support. Every founder, regardless of background or stage, is welcome to join.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is for people who are genuinely passionate about building a community of ambitious, genuine founders. Past experience as a business founder yourself is ideal, though not essential. At its core, this is about helping founders feel less lonely and giving them a real, supportive network, not stiff corporate networking.
