Company Description

AiTuki is an early-stage health technology venture that turns individual biosignals into simple, personalised daily actions to improve wellness. Instead of overwhelming users with data, AiTuki’s AI agent focuses on clear guidance across sleep, energy, stress, and metabolism. Early results show meaningful impact, including faster sleep onset and improved heart rate variability. Operating in the high-growth longevity market, AiTuki is currently at the pre-seed stage and building its MVP in London, United Kingdom. The organisation offers a collaborative environment for individuals who want to shape intelligent, accessible wellness solutions from the ground up.

Role Description

This hybrid Co-Founder / Angel / Board Member role is based in the United Kingdom, with a mix of on-site collaboration in London and flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping refine product and AI strategy, contributing to go-to-market and commercialisation plans, and supporting fundraising activities and investor relations. The role will involve providing strategic oversight on regulatory, ethical, and partnership considerations in the wellness and longevity sector. The individual will collaborate closely with the founding team on company vision, culture, and high-level operational decisions. Depending on the profile, the role may also include making an angel investment, joining the board, and actively mentoring the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications

I am currently seeking researchers, doctors and health professionals to join Aituki, a London-based pre-seed health-tech company.

Aituki uses biosignals to help people understand their own wellness and improve their behaviour. Rather than presenting users with more data, we deliver one or two personalised actions each day, informed by their physiological state at that moment.

  • Physicians and clinicians with an interest in preventive and lifestyle medicine
  • Researchers in physiology, neuroscience or behaviour change
  • Doctors with a functional, wellness, or family medicine background or interest
  • Clinical and healthcare partnership contacts

Please note that co-founder roles require an investment in the company.

We are open to expanding into Asia-Pacific and Latin America in the future. Our current work is in English, so we would welcome conversations with those who can help us assess the opportunity in these markets.

If this is of interest, I would be glad to arrange a conversation.
