Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Ostify Health Ltd · UK-based, mostly remote, one day a week in London

ABOUT OSTIFY

Clinicians know what their patients need. Most never get to build it. Digital tools are made for them, not by them, and good ideas stall waiting for budget, engineers or a supplier.

Ostify changes that. Clinicians use it to build safe, tested AI agents from their own approved content, with no coding and with safety and assurance built in.

The platform is built and clinically led. Osteoblast (build) and Osteoclast (evaluate) are live on a free plan, and Osteocite, our assurance layer, is next. What we need now is someone to bring Ostify to the clinicians and services ready to build.

THE ROLE

You'd join as Co-founder & CCO, leading Ostify's commercial side from day one. You'd work closely with our founder and CEO, a doctor and software engineer who leads product, engineering and clinical safety, and share strategy and fundraising.

You will:

  • Turn interest from clinicians and NHS services into signed pilots and paid deployments
  • Navigate procurement, information governance sign-off and NHS buying routes
  • Develop pricing and the commercial model, and lead negotiations and contracts
  • Shape our positioning, messaging and how we show up at events and in the market
  • Lead fundraising and grant applications (Innovate UK, NIHR, SBRI Healthcare), including investor relationships
  • Build partnerships with NHS trusts, ICBs, digital health suppliers and charities
  • Set commercial targets and report progress to investors
  • Recruit and lead the commercial team as we grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Co-founder equity with vesting, and salary from our pre-seed raise
  • A built, working product, so your focus is customers and capital rather than the technology
  • A real say in how the company is shaped from the start
  • Flexible, mostly remote working, part-time to begin with and full-time once we raise

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

This is a hands-on co-founder role. It suits someone who wants ownership of something they help build, is comfortable with early-stage risk, and would enjoy leading conversations, bids and deals themselves. Salary starts at pre-seed, so you'd need to support yourself until then.
