Job Overview
The role will involve coordinating the activity of the Neuropsychology Education & Research Team. This role will provide and deliver a high standard of senior administrator support to the Course Team using a varied range of work procedures.
Main Duties of the Job
- Managing the diaries of the senior members of the Course Team.
- Acting as the first contact for the Course Team, fielding queries where possible, and ensuring relevant team members are engaged with and queries resolved.
- Taking minutes from relevant meetings, collating action points, and engaging with relevant Course Team members to ensure actions are undertaken as required.
- Maintaining a record of external Course Team members, their training, and work done for the Course.
- Coordinating and timetabling the lecture and tutorial content for the Courses, in collaboration with the professional services team within the University of Bristol.
- Collating, processing, and keeping record, in conjunction with NFT finance, payments for Course Team contributors.
- Providing administrative support to Course Team.
