Role Description
The Co-Owner role at Hollow Peak LTD is a full-time on-site position based in Four Crosses. The Co-Owner will oversee daily operations, including coordinating film projects, managing client relationships, and supporting strategic decisions that shape the company’s creative and business direction. - Contributing to project planning
- Supervising production workflows
- Ensuring that safety standards are integrated throughout all filming activities
- Developing and maintaining partnerships with clients

- Identifying opportunities for new services or products

The role involves collaborating closely with the collective of filmmakers and safety experts, helping to allocate resources, mentor team members, and represent Hollow Peak in client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication Skills: Including clear client interaction and effective collaboration with creative and technical teams.
- Sales Skills: With the ability to build client relationships, negotiate project terms, and support revenue growth.
- Product Development Experience: In shaping new media offerings, refining services, and aligning deliverables with market needs.
- Marketing and Social Media Skills: To promote projects, strengthen brand visibility, and engage relevant audiences.
- Experience in Film, Video Production, or Media Industries: Ideally with familiarity in outdoor or adventure-focused content.
- Demonstrated Leadership and Decision-Making Abilities: In a small business or entrepreneurial environment.
- Organizational and Project Management Skills: To handle multiple concurrent productions and deadlines.
- Comfort Working On-Site in Four Crosses: And, when required, in varied outdoor locations for shoots.
- Knowledge of Basic Business Operations: Such as budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination is beneficial.
- Prior Experience in a Co-ownership, Partnership, or Leadership Role: Is an advantage but not mandatory.
