People Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop operational teams, team leaders, and support functions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Manage training, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development.
- Oversee agency labor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Quality, SHE, and external suppliers.
- Act as the key operational contact for co-pack activity and escalations.
- Support seasonal peaks, gifting programs, and customer initiatives.
Operational Management
- Lead co-pack operations across multiple shifts to deliver production plans safely and efficiently.
- Achieve productivity, quality, service, and cost targets.
- Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions and performance improvements.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, material availability, and smooth production flow.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use data and reporting to improve productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.
- Support system optimization and deliver improvement projects aligned with Supply Chain strategy.
Resource & Budget Management
- Manage labor, overtime, agency spend, and operational budgets.
- Plan and deploy resources effectively to meet demand while controlling costs.
- Monitor financial performance and identify efficiency opportunities.
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COMAH, company policies, and legislation.
- Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain quality standards and customer specifications.

Site Leadership
- Support site security, contractor management, and emergency response activities.
- Participate in duty management and out-of-hours escalation processes.
- Provide leadership during operational incidents and emergencies.
Your Profile
- 5+ years' experience in Operations, Production, Warehouse, or Supply Chain Management within FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proven experience leading large, multi-shift teams.
- Strong knowledge of co-packing, production, and supply chain operations.
- Experience managing labor, budgets, and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Lean/continuous improvement experience.
- IOSH Managing Safely essential; NEBOSH desirable.
- COMAH, SAP, and WMS experience advantageous.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, results-focused, and proactive.

The DC-UK Co-pack Operations Manager leads all co-packing and gifting operations within the Distribution Centre, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of a high-volume operation. The role is responsible for driving performance across people, processes, and productivity, ensuring safety, quality, service, and cost targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, VAS, and external partners, the role delivers a high-performing, agile, and scalable co-pack operation that supports business objectives.
