The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Copilot Studio SME for an initial 2-3 month contract engagement based in Chesterfield. This role will focus on the design, development, and optimisation of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, AI agents, and Power Platform integrations to support business transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will act as the technical authority for Copilot Studio, working with stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Develop and configure custom AI agents and conversational experiences.
  • Integrate Copilot Studio solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.
  • Build and enhance workflows using Power Automate.
  • Support the development of solutions using Power Apps and Dataverse.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance across Copilot and agent technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise existing solutions.
  • Support knowledge transfer and upskilling of internal teams.
