About the Role

Are you a company secretary who can also build risk frameworks? We are partnering with a leading international organisation to appoint a senior governance professional to oversee corporate governance across a complex portfolio of strategic investments, partnerships and international entities. Acting as a trusted adviser to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders, this role will focus on governance excellence, board support, regulatory compliance, risk oversight and the continuous enhancement of governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
