Full-Time: £32k+ | Part-Time: £16k+ | 1:1 PT Commissions on top of basic salary | Pension | Paid Holidays
We are looking for an outstanding Coach to join the FITISM team, with both full time and part time opportunities available.

What This Role Is All About
Deliver Exceptional Coaching
Deliver exceptional BUILD and BURN sessions, combining great programming with personalised coaching, energy and attention to every member.
Build Genuine Member Relationships
Know your members, understand their goals and make them feel known, supported and valued every time they walk through the door.
Support Member Progress
Complete quarterly member check ins, support 6 Week Programme members and help members stay focused on the actions that will move them forward.
Create An Exceptional Gym Experience
Take pride in the gym environment and maintain exceptional member experience, cleanliness and gym standards every shift.
Contribute to the FITISM Community
Be an active part of the team and wider FITISM community, supporting member events, socials and the culture that makes FITISM different.

- Reliable, accountable and willing to take ownership
- Excited to grow with an ambitious, expanding fitness brand
Desirable
- Level 3 PT qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience coaching small-group PT

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time: £32k+ total expected earnings
- Part-time: £16k+ total expected earnings
(includes a base salary + 1:1 Commissions)
