Job Title: CrossFit Level 1 Coach
Location: CrossFit® Warrington, 14 Greys Court, Kingsland Grange, Warrington WA1 4SH
Job Type: Flexible Hours (4-6 per week)
Pay: £13 (CrossFit class)
Position Summary:
CrossFit® Warrington is seeking a passionate and dedicated CrossFit Level 1 Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CrossFit methodologies and be able to coach and inspire members of all fitness levels. This position offers flexible hours and a supportive community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching: Lead and coach group CrossFit classes, ensuring safety and proper technique for all members.
- Member Engagement: Build relationships with members to understand their fitness goals and provide guidance and motivation.
- Technique Correction: Observe and correct members' form and technique to prevent injuries and improve performance.
- Class Management: Manage the class schedule and ensure classes start and finish on time.
- Community Building: Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the gym.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organised gym environment.

Qualifications:
- CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) certification required.
- Previous coaching experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of CrossFit principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire members.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
