Role Description
This is a full-time coach driving role operating airport scheduled services from Stansted into London.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Safely driving coaches
- Following assigned timetables and routes
- Performing basic vehicle checks
- Reporting any defects or incidents promptly
The role involves:
- Assisting passengers with boarding and alighting
- Handling luggage
- Providing clear and courteous information
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming vehicle environment

Qualifications
- Valid PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence and Driver CPC qualification, with a strong focus on safe, compliant driving
- Proven experience driving large vehicles or coaches, with confident route planning and navigation skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to passengers
- Ability to follow schedules, work flexible hours (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays)
- Good understanding of road safety, relevant traffic regulations, and company operating procedures
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a wider operational team
- Basic vehicle care skills, including conducting pre-journey checks and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Right to work in the UK; previous experience in passenger transport or coach travel is an advantage
