Coach Drivers Wanted

We are looking for polite, motivated, experienced Coach Drivers to drive our modern well maintained fleet. Successful candidates will have the option of working the same set/fixed days each week, which can be agreed upon commencement of contract or weekly. For those who prefer to earn higher wages by working more and flexible days this is also an option. We offer a banked hours scheme which allows drivers to work longer hours in the busier times, and enjoy the financial benefits at the quieter time of year. Our drivers earn an average minimum of £33,000 per year. Full details will be provided at the interview stage, or by contacting us directly for more information.

We are seeking to recruit the highest quality of Coach Drivers to join our team of experienced, talented drivers driving our excellent vehicles. Please only apply if you have coach driving experience, and are motivated to work within a busy family business, where hard work, reliability, loyalty and excellent communication skills are greatly appreciated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
