Evolution LDN is hiring: Coach

Evolution LDN is growing, and we need a coach who matches how we operate: full effort, every day, no exceptions.

Who we're looking for

This isn't for everyone. It's for a coach who:

  • Is growth-minded — always chasing the next 1%, never settling for "good enough."
  • Brings 100% effort every single day, because at EVO, effort is everything.
  • Sees coaching as a passion, not just a job.
  • Wants to be part of a real team — all in, together, no lone wolves.
  • Will go above and beyond for our clients, because our community is family and we treat it that way.
  • Lives within a 30-minute commute of East Sheen, South West London — this is an in-person, hands-on role, and we need you close by.

If any of that made you pause, this probably isn't the role for you.

What you'll be doing

As an EVO Coach, you'll deliver exceptional SGPT sessions and fitness classes — independently and as part of the wider team — and take real ownership of members' outcomes. Engagement, retention, and experience all sit with you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Day to day, that means:

  • Coaching sessions independently and collaboratively.
  • Managing your own member cohort with your team mates.
  • Running client check-ins that actually track progress, not just box-ticking.
  • Spotting at-risk members early and managing them back on track, before they become a cancellation.
  • Owning trialist onboarding, because first impressions of EVO start with you.
  • Staying on top of admin and reporting — unglamorous, but non-negotiable.
  • Getting stuck into events and community initiatives, because the community underpins everything. Helping maintain facility standards, because it's everyone's gym and everyone's job.

This isn't a turn-up-and-coach role. It's a turn-up, own it, and make it better role. We want you to leave the jersey in a better place than you found it.

What we offer

This is a full-time, PAYE role: 45 hours a week with 28 days holiday a year including bank holidays. But the contract is the easy part.

What actually matters is this: we're committed to giving every coach clear expectations, so you always know what "good" looks like. Ongoing weekly education — in-house and external CPD — because if we're asking you to be growth-minded, we're investing in it too. Regular feedback, not just a once-a-year review. Real development opportunities, leadership pathways, and genuine career progression, because this is a place to build a career, not just clock hours.

Our goal is simple: to develop exceptional people who positively impact our members, strengthen our culture, and help build the most trusted personal training facility in East Sheen, and beyond.

How to apply

Skip the generic cover letter. Send us three things: a video, no longer than 2 minutes, telling us why you're the ideal candidate; your CV; and your social media handle.

Two minutes is enough. If you can't tell us why you're the one in two minutes, that tells us something too.
