Description

About the coaching pathway

Bloomsbury Football Foundation is on a mission to transform lives through the magic of football. Bloomsbury’s Women’s Coaching Pathway is built on the belief that every girl and woman in football deserves the chance to see herself reflected in a role model. This programme exists to build a real route from loving the game to making an impact in the local community at grassroots level.

Community coaching is at the centre of everything we do. To us, a coach is a trusted adult, someone their players can rely on, helping them reach their full potential. This pathway has been created to ensure the cohort of women leave feeling confident to coach any child, regardless of their ability or background.

Kicking off at the beginning of 2027, this one-of-a-kind programme delivers a mix of on-pitch and off-pitch learning, bringing coaches together with a trailblazing group of coach developers who’ve shaped the game themselves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
