Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you’ll bring

You don’t need to have held this exact job title before. If you understand food manufacturing, enjoy learning how processes work and like taking responsibility for getting things right, we want to hear from you.

You’ll Need

  • Previous experience within food manufacturing
  • The ability to understand and follow safety-critical instructions
  • A practical approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
  • Good communication skills and the confidence to work with different teams
  • A reliable, organised and self-motivated approach
  • The flexibility to respond when production priorities change

Previous line-minding or team-leader experience would be an advantage, as would knowledge of HACCP, critical control points, 6S or IFS, but we’re also interested in your potential and willingness to learn.

This is an active role involving regular manual handling because of our manufacturing processes. Please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments during recruitment or to perform the role.
