Key Responsibilities

As a Customer & Commercial Leadership Intern, you will be exposed to Coca-Cola’s commercial and customer-focused strategies. You will help manage customer relationships, optimize sales operations, and ensure Coca-Cola’s products are available and accessible to consumers.

  • Assist in managing key customer accounts and relationships.
  • Support the execution of promotional and sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Help implement sales training and development programs for field teams.
  • Support customer negotiations and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 36.25 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
  • Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of commercial and strategies as well as market trends. Strategic and critical thinking with a customer centric approach. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Analytical skills to understand market trend.
