Bartender – Cato, Covent Garden

Cato is hiring! We're looking for skilled Bartenders to join our team at Cato, home to House of Julep in the heart of Covent Garden. This is a great opportunity to work at one of Covent Garden's standout venues, with a growing team and a strong focus on craft and quality.

- Preparing and serving expertly crafted cocktails and drinks
- Giving guests warm, attentive service
- Keeping your bar station clean and well organised
- Working closely with the front-of-house team during busy shifts
- Bringing energy and personality to every guest interaction
What We're Looking For
- Bartending experience, ideally cocktail-focused
- Good knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to stay sharp during fast-paced shifts
- A great team player
