The Brabazon Bar
The Brabazon Bar is the vibrant social hub of our resort, where energy, creativity, and connection come together. From expertly brewed coffees and light bites in the morning, to elegant afternoon tea and hand-crafted cocktails by night, no two shifts are ever the same. As the soundtrack of live weekend music fills the room, the bar comes alive with guests looking for great service and unforgettable moments. Salary
The base annual rate for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus service charge
About the Role
This role will require late nights during the week and weekend working.
- As a Cocktail Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of cocktails, mixed drinks, wines, spirits and beverages to our guests
- To welcome all guests in a polite, friendly and professional manner
- To deliver an exceptional guest experience from beginning to end
- To confidently talk about our drinks menus, signature cocktails and promotions, whilst identifying opportunities to upsell
- To prepare cocktails to a consistently high standard, ensuring presentation and quality are maintained at all times
- To take orders from guests efficiently and proactively ensure that all their needs are met
- Cleaning, stock rotation and excellent hygiene practices are a large part of this role
- To maintain a safe and organised bar environment, following all licensing and health & safety regulations
- To work across any of the resort's outlets that require assistance, ensuring the smooth running of the resort as a whole

About You
Previous experience in a busy cocktail bar, hotel bar or hospitality environment would be preferred, but you don't need experience to start your career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team that will provide training and give you all the skills you need to be successful. If you do have previous experience, that's great. We will help develop your skills and elevate your career within a department where you can thrive.
