Garden Room

Geared towards cigar enthusiasts, The Garden Room at The Lanesborough cleverly adds some indoor assets to an outdoor space. The covered room is decked out in full Town and Country mode, with oak tables, a roaring fireplace and cosy furnishings, plus gentle underfloor heating and thick blankets for nippy evenings. A haven for smokers, the partially open walls sheltered by manicured hedges allow air to circulate while keeping out the wind, and a heavy-duty extractor fan in the ceiling dispels any lingering whiffs. At the entrance, a walk-in humidor displays an extensive range of Cuban and pre-Castro cigars – a taster of the enjoyment to come. Accompany your premium smoke with a top-notch Cognac.

The Lanesborough

Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, on the doorstep of Hyde Park, just a short walk from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and London’s most exclusive shopping district; Sloane Street and Knightsbridge, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto. The hotel is home to 93 luxurious suites and bedrooms, modern British dining at The Lanesborough Grill, the vibrant Library Bar and Garden Room and the magnificent Lanesborough Club & Spa.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
