Gaia is looking for an experienced and charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional bar team.
Inspired by elegant Greek-Mediterranean hospitality, Gaia is renowned for refined seafood dishes, expertly crafted cocktails, vibrant energy, and elevated guest experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of London’s most sought-after luxury restaurant environments.
The Role
As a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress at Gaia, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences across both the restaurant floor and bar area. You will deliver attentive and engaging service while confidently serving cocktails, beverages, and food to the highest standards. Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and front-of-house teams, you will help maintain the seamless and vibrant atmosphere that defines the Gaia experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress or within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge
- Experience serving food in a refined dining environment
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Professional presentation, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
