Vision
To be the UK’s leading digital infrastructure partner, enabling a fully connected future.
Mission
Deliver reliable, high-quality site access, infrastructure and services that support our customers’ evolving connectivity needs.
About Us
For almost two decades, Cornerstone’s infrastructure has quietly supported the UK’s mobile networks. While we continue to strengthen that foundation and extend its reach, we're in an exciting period of transformation and growth that will see us enable more connectivity and compute to more communities and industries across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Code Asset Manager to lead a national portfolio of telecoms lease renewals, securing the property rights that underpin the UK's digital infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of Electronic Communications Code and Landlord & Tenant Act renewals, driving delivery through external estates and acquisition partners whilst ensuring challenging time, cost and quality targets are achieved. Working across customers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll play a critical role in protecting Cornerstone's network assets and supporting future growth.
Why This Role Matters
The UK's connectivity depends on secure access to thousands of sites. As a Code Asset Manager, you'll help safeguard Cornerstone's portfolio by delivering strategic lease renewals and property transactions that maintain critical network coverage and capacity.
You'll combine commercial negotiation, stakeholder management and supplier leadership to protect existing assets, mitigate risk and unlock value from one of the UK's largest telecoms property portfolios.
What You'll Do ✨
- Manage a national portfolio of Code and Landlord & Tenant Act lease renewals.
- Lead and manage third-party estates and acquisition suppliers to achieve agreed delivery targets.
- Deliver property transactions from instruction through to legal completion whilst protecting tenure and continuity.
- Drive programme performance through effective forecasting, reporting and governance.
- Negotiate directly with landlords and professional advisers to secure commercially beneficial agreements.
- Apply telecoms asset management expertise to support, challenge and validate supplier performance.
- Deliver against Capex, Opex and commercial targets while ensuring optimum site solutions are achieved.
- Identify, manage and resolve programme risks, issues and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships across Estates, Legal, Finance, Operations, Customers and Suppliers.
- Drive process improvements, cycle-time reductions and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Business Continuity and Information Security requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
