Product Management Associate - Digital (Early Careers)

Team: Global DTC Engineering
Location: London, UK
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract
Duration: Until December 2026
Start Date: August 2026

Overview

At SharkNinja, we don't just build products—we create consumer-first experiences that delight millions of customers around the world.

We're looking for a Product Management Associate - Digital to join our Global DTC Engineering team and support the delivery of digital experiences across our global e-commerce platforms.

Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help bring new ideas to life—from understanding business requirements and supporting delivery through to analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and organised, and wants to build hands-on experience in digital product development within a fast-paced, global business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Digital Product Associate, you'll gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while contributing to projects that make a real impact. You'll:

  • Support Product Managers with gathering, documenting, and prioritising business requirements from stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Customer Experience.
  • Help maintain and organise the product backlog by creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the intake of new requests, helping clarify requirements and route work to the appropriate teams.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams to track progress, identify dependencies, and help keep projects moving.
  • Carry out competitor and market research to identify digital trends and opportunities.
  • Analyse product and operational data to identify insights that support product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and stakeholder updates.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business, gaining first-hand experience of how digital products are developed and delivered at scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
