Role Responsibilities
- Contribute detailed technical insights and real-world examples of using AI coding agents for complex software development workflows.
- Describe and document nuanced use cases where AI agents assisted in navigating large codebases and debugging challenging issues.
- Provide comprehensive walkthroughs of end-to-end feature development or ambiguous technical problem-solving using AI tools.
- Explain decision-making processes, tools utilized, and specific ways AI agents enhanced productivity or code quality.
- Submit structured feedback and assessments on the practical effectiveness of different AI coding agent features and suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders through clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Requirements
- Current STEM professional actively utilizing AI coding agents as part of daily technical work.
- Proven ability to apply AI agents to sophisticated programming challenges, including large codebase navigation and debugging.
- Demonstrated experience providing detailed technical documentation or feedback in a collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on clarity and thoroughness.
- Familiarity with multiple AI coding tools and a clear understanding of their limitations and strengths.
- Experience in a remote collaboration context and comfort working asynchronously across distributed teams.
