Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in United Kingdom.

As a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer, you’ll use your software engineering expertise and Dutch fluency to help improve the capabilities of advanced AI systems.

You’ll evaluate how models reason through complex programming challenges across algorithms, architecture, development, infrastructure, and systems programming.

The role combines hands-on technical assessment with linguistic evaluation, requiring you to communicate naturally and precisely in Dutch.

You’ll challenge models with realistic software engineering scenarios, identify weaknesses, and document reproducible failures to improve future model performance.

Your feedback will help strengthen AI reasoning, coding accuracy, technical communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

The position offers flexible remote contract work for technically skilled professionals who enjoy analyzing complex problems and clearly explaining their reasoning.

Your contributions will help shape AI systems designed to support software development, education, research, and other knowledge-intensive applications.

Accountabilities

  • Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks, technical scenarios, and coding challenges in Dutch.
  • Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, coding quality, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
  • Assess AI performance across areas such as algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
  • Challenge models with technical topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and distributed systems debugging.
  • Verify the naturalness, fluency, and correctness of Dutch language usage in technical interactions.
  • Identify and document model failure modes, errors, and reproducible technical issues with sufficient detail for further analysis.
  • Provide clear, structured feedback and suggestions to improve model reasoning, coding performance, prompt design, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Explain technical reasoning clearly and demonstrate your analytical process when evaluating model-generated solutions.
  • Contribute domain expertise that helps improve AI systems intended to support software development, research, education, and other technical applications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
