Coffee Shop Assistant (Part-Time - 26.4 Hours)

Location: HSL Chairs, Batley

Working Days: Monday - Friday

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team within a busy, large-scale manufacturing centre in Batley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service; because well-fed workers are hard workers!

About The Role

You’ll play a key part in keeping our coffee shop running smoothly by preparing drinks and food, managing orders efficiently, and providing excellent customer service to staff on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing high-quality hot drinks and light food items
  • Managing both pre-orders and on-the-spot orders efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
  • Delivering friendly and professional customer service
  • Supporting stock control and daily operational tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in a café or coffee shop environment
  • Must hold Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Confident working in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • A team player who enjoys interacting with customers
