About Us
We're is a pre-revenue consumer tech company launched early 2026 operating across dating & social discovery. Built by a 2-cofounder team, our product aim to create a world where gay, bi and queer women & trans* people can connect wherever they go. Our ambition is to build a product carried by a strong cultural brand speaking to the growing global community of queer people and becomes part of how they live their everyday lives.
The Role
Now that we've validated MVP and product-market fit, we're looking for a third person to join this entrepreneurial journey as a Co-Founder CMO. Working directly with the CEO, you define and drive the full marketing strategy: acquisition, brand, content, and community.
Brand & Positioning
- Shape and carry our identity as a cultural brand, beyond a simple social app
- Keep the voice consistent across social media channels
- Translate the founding vision into a language the brand can carry into every new geography

Acquisition & Growth
- Lead the expansion in the first 6-8 launching hubs
- Sharpen the freemium funnel: from discovering the grid to converting to membership
- Own the acquisition KPIs: CPL, CAC, LTV, retention by city
Content & Community
- Collaborate with the CEO on social media strategy & content production
- Build the TikTok strategy from scratch
Leadership
- Own and run the marketing budget as the company grows
- Report regularly to the founders with dashboards and recommendations
About You
- 7+ years in marketing, ideally in consumer tech, community, or lifestyle.
- Proven full-stack marketing: paid acquisition and content creation both
- Experience in an early-stage startup and or in an environment with high autonomy: you've built a marketing strategy from the ground up and you're not scared of navigating uncertainty
- Strong cultural fluency: you know what it takes to build a brand that lives inside culture
- Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus
- Fluent in English required; mastering another European language is a plus (Spanish, French, German)
