Job Opportunity: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Therapist

We are excited to invite qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Therapists to join our compassionate, supportive, and high-performing NHS Talking Therapies team. You will primarily deliver therapy to adults (18+) experiencing anxiety and depression. Please note this is a 37.5 hour position (Full-time).

About Us

Since our launch in 2009, Hammersmith and Fulham Talking Therapies has grown into a well-established and successful NHS Talking Therapy service and is one of three services delivered by West London NHS Trust. Our main base is located in the heart of Hammersmith.

Our service offers Talking Therapies-approved treatments, with CBT as our core model alongside EMDR, DIT, IPT, and BCT. We work closely with our neighbouring services in Ealing and Hounslow, sharing training opportunities and events to support continuous professional development.

Benefits

As a High-Intensity CBT Therapist, you will benefit from:

  • Weekly clinical supervision
  • Regular line management
  • A genuinely welcoming team culture for therapists at all career stages, whether newly qualified or highly experienced
  • Team away days and social events to unwind, connect, and celebrate successes together
  • Inner London weighting

Role Details

As a CBT Therapist, you’ll enjoy a varied and rewarding week within a supportive, forward-thinking service. Your role will include at least one evening clinic (12:00–8:00pm, Monday to Thursday) and a minimum of two days working from the office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
