Rate: Completely negotiable, given niche nature of the role (outside IR35)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced COINS Integration Consultant to support a major Built Environment organisation with the ongoing development and enhancement of its business systems landscape.
This role requires a specialist consultant with strong hands-on COINS experience and a proven track record of integrating COINS with other business-critical applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to design, develop and support integrations that enable seamless data exchange across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and support integrations involving COINS and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web services within the COINS environment.
- Support data exchange and workflow automation between systems.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and optimise existing integrations and interfaces.
- Work closely with technical and business stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Ensure integration solutions are secure, reliable and scalable.

Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on experience working with COINS ERP.
- Proven experience integrating COINS with external business applications.
- Experience integrating COINS with platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience developing or supporting API-based integrations.
- Experience working with Web Services.
- Experience of COINS and Outlook integrations.
- Strong understanding of system interfaces and data exchange between applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Experience
- Construction or housebuilding sector experience.
- ERP integration consulting experience.
- Technical Consultant, Systems Integration Consultant or Application Consultant background.
- Experience working across commercial, finance or business systems environments.
Important
Due to the specialist nature of this requirement, only candidates with demonstrable hands-on COINS experience and a proven track record delivering COINS integrations will be considered. Applicants without direct COINS experience are unlikely to be progressed.
