Role Description

The Cold Caller will maintain detailed call logs, use CRM or lead-tracking tools, and meet defined performance metrics such as call volume and conversion rates. Collaboration with sales and operations teams is expected to refine messaging and ensure a positive experience for prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills suited to phone-based outreach.
  • Experience with cold calling, telesales, or outbound customer contact in a business-to-consumer or business-to-business environment.
  • Comfort using CRM systems or call-tracking tools, and basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, online call platforms).
  • Ability to follow scripts while adapting messaging to different audiences and handling objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined approach to remote work with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
  • Interest in or familiarity with renewable energy, solar solutions, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or call center roles is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in sales or customer service is a plus.
