Job Description
The Cold End Engineering Manager drives operational excellence at management level. You will manage all aspects of engineering services in the cold end departments to enable the plant to achieve automated quality inspection and packaging facilities. You also will be responsible for:
Process Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Cold End inspection and palletisation equipment, bottle conveyor systems and return cullet systems within the Cold End.
- Execution of job changes.
- Responsible for all cold end engineering workshops & store items associated with the workshops.
- Responsible for the provision of the Cold End equipment or service required by all users to enable them to achieve their objectives.

Management Responsibilities
- Organisation & management of Departments including onboarding and continual training.
- Review performance of subordinates to ensure they are achieving targets / goals.

Qualifications
Ideally you can demonstrate success in your previous experience in supervision or leadership positions within a target driven, fast paced environment, ideally from the packaging industry. You also need to focus on communication skills and ability to lead and motivate the team.
