Meet the Team
The Information Technology organization supports Millennium’s active, multi-manager business model through flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems, including next-generation analytical and trading capabilities. Within Infrastructure, the Collaboration and Productivity team manages email, chat, mobility, and Microsoft 365 services. The team partners with global infrastructure groups, application developers, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable collaboration and mobility solutions.
What You'll Do
- Administer Microsoft Intune for mobile device enrollment, compliance, application protection, configuration profiles, and application assignments, and lead migrations of corporate devices and applications to Intune
- Manage the lifecycle of internally developed and third-party mobile applications across corporate and bring-your-own-device environments, including deployment, testing, upgrades, and retirement
- Design and maintain Microsoft Entra Application Proxy solutions, including connector architecture, pre-authentication, and single sign-on, to securely publish on-premises applications
- Engineer and support Microsoft Global Secure Access, including Private Access and Internet Access policies, traffic forwarding profiles, and client deployment; integrate these capabilities and Application Proxy with Conditional Access, identity controls, and monitoring
- Coordinate iOS and iPadOS release-readiness testing and partner with developers on Intune SDK integration, managed browser behavior, single sign-on, and secure connectivity
- Validate mobile application policies, access dependencies, connectivity, and data protection controls; monitor collaboration infrastructure health, capacity, and performance
- Resolve requests and incidents through ServiceNow, support business-critical escalations, and own vendor support cases with Microsoft, Apple, and third-party providers through resolution
- Automate processes and workflows, contribute to global infrastructure projects and new services, and document infrastructure and operational procedures

What You Bring

- Experience with mobile device management and mobile application management using Microsoft Intune, including mobile SDK integration
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Application Proxy and Global Secure Access
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of mobile application development for iOS and Android; experience with BlackBerry UEM is preferred
- Broad knowledge of Windows Server administration, network design, storage, and load balancing
- PowerShell scripting skills to support automation and operational improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and work effectively with moderate supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and willingness to learn and contribute across teams
