COLLABORATIONS GRAPHIC DESIGNER - FULL TIME - WASHINGTON, TYNE & WEAR

The Role:

The Collaborations Graphic Designer will work closely with the Collaborations Team to create a range of graphics and presentation documents with the Senior Collaborations Design Manager to embody the voice of END. through rich design and captivating storytelling.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Develop collaborative graphics with brand partners from concept to final production.
  • Produce documents to communicate design concepts, including multiple options and details as necessary in both 2D and 3D where needed.
  • Present design / concept boards to communicate ideas around projects.
  • Create original artwork that enhances design concepts and tells stories to the consumer.
  • Work with the business and brand partners to understand market needs and design to product briefs.
  • Be aware of key deadlines and launch dates to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Work on multiple projects at various stages in the process, ensuring the smooth movement of workflow through the product design process.
  • Keep abreast of fashion market trends, graphic design trends, and consumer needs.
  • Create and maintain all art files and presentation documents.
  • Select color, type, and create original artworks used in product graphic designs and understand the impact of choices on costing and overall design aesthetic.
  • Create a full suite of art files and other materials to hand-off to brand partners for sample manufacturing.
  • Attend and contribute in design and sample review sessions.
  • Meet calendar deadlines and deliverables.
  • Create engaging presentations in Keynote that are used to sell brand partners on our ideas.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Expert understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
  • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures, and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks. Knowledge can be acquired through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Operates within a defined role, with some autonomy in how tasks are delivered.
  • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department.
  • Understands procedures and has the capability to evaluate and select the appropriate alternatives from defined options and plans and monitors own work within agreed deadlines.
  • Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work.
  • Produces routine reports and other documents from standard templates.
  • Performs a range of activities in a variety of structured environments.
  • Works well within a positive and collaborative skill-sharing environment.
  • Direct impact on customer experience and team performance through the quality of the tasks performed or services provided.
  • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers.
