Location: Donnington- Telford -TF2 7NB
Salary: £26,227.50K per annum
Hours: Mon- Fri- 9am-5.30pm (office based)
Contract: Full time permanent
Package: Monthly commission

At Lyreco, we're about empowering people to create great – and we're looking for a Collaborative Account Manager to join our Inside Sales team here at Head Office in Telford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, working towards targets and being rewarded for their success. As a Collaborative Account Manager, you'll work closely with our Business Development Managers to support customers, grow existing accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- You'll have the opportunity to convert prospects into sales, directly contributing to business growth and customer retention.
- Building strong working relationships with our Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives. To maximise retention and growth.
- Contacting customers through proactive telephone calls, email and Microsoft Teams, to develop and grow customer accounts.
- Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Work towards individual sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to team success.
- Take ownership of customer queries and work with internal departments to provide timely resolutions.

What we're looking for
You don't need to tick every box, but we'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience in telephone-based sales or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed KPIs and maximise commission.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.

Alongside a salary of £26,227.50 you'll receive:
