- Work on ensuring consistent Malware Protection
- Enhance our Data Security, including but not limited to: Classification, Location, Protection (in use and at rest)
What you'll do
We are creating a new team within our CISO organisation to own and lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security. This role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) and will broadly cover:

- Securing and managing local AI use and access
- Software / SaaS / Browser plug in controls
- Working on General Sys Admin
- Collaborating closely with the wider CTS (Colleague Technology Services) and Security team
- Supporting your team in achieving their goals and progressing their careers
The skills you'll need
You'll need experience either leading a small team or as a strong technical lead, who is genuinely keen to progress into people leadership.

- Previous experience with AI / Agentic AI
- The ability to manage complex and competing priorities
- A strong passion for supporting and developing people in their roles
- Technical expertise implementing and managing identity solutions
- Experience working in fast pace DevOps style environments
- Experience in rapidly changing and scaling environments
