Collections Executive - Fully Remote

Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
Weekend Working: 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm)
Start Date: 26th October

Every conversation has the potential to make a positive impact. As a Collections Executive at Target Group, you'll work with customers experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find practical solutions and regain control of their finances.

This is a role where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving go hand in hand.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speaking with customers who have fallen into financial hardship against secured products such as Mortgages
  • Taking the time to understand each customer's individual circumstances
  • Conducting income and expenditure reviews to assess affordability
  • Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements tailored to customer needs
  • Providing reassurance and support through clear, professional communication
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and signposting them to appropriate support services where needed
  • Delivering fair customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Creating positive customer experiences by getting things right first time

Experience That Would Be Beneficial

  • Previous collections, recoveries, arrears or debt management experience
  • Experience working within Financial Services
