Working at the centre of a major transformation programme, you'll analyse operational requirements, emerging threats, new equipment, and evolving doctrine to design training pathways that ensure soldiers and commanders are prepared for the challenges they may face. This is a unique opportunity to combine your military knowledge, analytical thinking, and training expertise to influence training at every level, from platoon to corps.

  • Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, standardisation, and better reporting processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into meaningful analytical outputs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on analytics tools, reporting best practice, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote high standards of analytical quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Present findings clearly through reports, presentations, and briefings while ensuring data security, confidentiality, and compliance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
