Job Opportunity: Primary and Secondary Care Colorectal/Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced nurse to join our colorectal and stoma service as a Primary and Secondary Care Colorectal/Stoma Clinical Nurse Specialist.
This innovative role, which has been seen as an exemplar across NHS Scotland, will bridge care across hospital and community settings, providing expert clinical support to patients with stomas. The post holder will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including GPs, pharmacists, consultants, specialist nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Responsibilities:
- Lead proactive patient reviews
- Support medicines optimisation
- Provide education and self-management support
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives
Requirements:
- Registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
- Educated to degree or working towards in a relevant specialty
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to travel across Tayside for community working and education
