ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Colour Matcher to join our Colour Services team and play an important role in ensuring we deliver accurate colour solutions that meet our customers' print requirements.

The role involves accurately matching and analysing colours to meet customer requirements, preparing laboratory proofs, and creating bespoke formulations. You’ll use your knowledge of colour, inks and print processes, alongside digital colour management tools and manual workflow techniques, to ensure colours are matched to the required standard.

Working within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you’ll work closely with our Customer Service, Sales, Product Application Technology and Operational teams. The role is an important link between these functions, helping to ensure colour requirements are understood, matched and delivered to our customers.

Don't have previous colour matching experience? That's okay! Full training will be provided on colour matching techniques, as well as the specific systems and applications used within the role.

We're looking for a driven individual to join a new team, someone who demonstrates a collaborative attitude, strong analytical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
