COMBI FORKLIFT DRIVER
Location: Poole Site
Department: Operations
Salary: £30,500 + £3,050 Shift Premium
Total Package: £33,550 per annum
Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts, 6:00am to 3:00pm and 3:00pm to midnight
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Combi Forklift Driver to join our busy Poole operation.
You will be responsible for safely operating our Combi truck to move vehicles around site and load and unload vehicles from our five car racking systems.
This is a hands on operational role where safety, accuracy and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Combi forklift in line with site procedures.
- Lift, move and position vehicles within the five car racking systems.
- Complete daily equipment and safety checks.
- Report any defects, damage or safety concerns.
- Work closely with the wider yard and operations teams.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.
- Follow all health, safety and site traffic procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Previous Combi forklift experience.
- Relevant forklift certification.
- Experience in a warehouse, yard, logistics or operational environment.
- Strong understanding of health and safety.
- Good awareness and attention to detail.
- Reliable, responsible and safety focused.
- Comfortable working rotating shifts.

Desirable:
- Automotive or vehicle recycling experience.
- Experience using vehicle racking systems.
- Experience operating specialist plant equipment.
SHIFT PATTERN
The role operates on a weekly rotation:
- Week 1: 6:00am to 3:00pm
- Week 2: 3:00pm to midnight
You must be comfortable working both shift patterns.
