Location: Thornbury Industrial Estate, Bradford, BD3 7AF

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Start Date: ASAP

Competitive salary – negotiable depending on experience, with overtime opportunities, annual bonuses and clear opportunities to progress.

We're looking for an experienced, safety-conscious Combi Lift Driver / Side Loader Driver who enjoys working in a busy environment, takes pride in accuracy and wants to join a business that values commitment, teamwork and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move safely, efficiently and accurately throughout our operation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Operating a Combi Lift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading timber, components and finished products.
  • Booking in deliveries and carrying out quality checks on incoming goods.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records through daily and weekly stock counts.
  • Picking materials for production and ensuring manufacturing teams receive what they need, when they need it.
  • Processing returned goods and ensuring stock is correctly stored.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
  • Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced operating a Combi Lift and or Side Loader ESSENTIAL
  • Safety focused with excellent warehouse awareness
  • Organised and highly accurate
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Reliable with excellent attendance
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to support different warehouse activities when required
