Commerce / Amazon Performance Specialist (Paid or Organic Media)

I'm working with a leading commerce business seeking a Commerce Specialist to support some of the world's most recognisable consumer brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and eager to develop expertise across both retail and media within the ecommerce landscape.
The Opportunity
This role offers exposure to both retail operations and media performance, giving you the chance to develop a well-rounded commerce skillset while working closely with clients and senior stakeholders. You'll help shape ecommerce strategies, analyse performance data and identify opportunities to drive growth across major online marketplaces.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of ecommerce and retail media strategies for a portfolio of clients.
- Assisting with campaign management, performance analysis and reporting.
- Monitoring key performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Optimising product content and merchandising to improve visibility, traffic and conversion.
- Using data, dashboards and spreadsheets to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supporting client relationships through regular communication, reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Keeping up to date with platform developments, industry trends and ecommerce best practices.
About You
- Experience within ecommerce, digital media, retail media or marketplace environments is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel and interpreting data.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware and naturally curious about consumer behaviour and online retail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
