We're looking for an experienced Commerce Architect to help global organisations shape the future of digital commerce through innovative, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.
What You'll Do
As a Commerce Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital commerce and customer experience platforms, working with some of the world's leading brands.
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing and evolving end-to-end technical architectures for digital commerce and customer platforms
- Translating business strategy and client requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions
- Providing hands-on architectural leadership throughout delivery, ensuring architectural integrity and technical excellence
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Delivery Leads to deliver successful outcomes
- Advising senior client stakeholders on architecture strategy, technology choices, and transformation roadmaps
- Driving digital transformation initiatives and helping organisations modernise legacy platforms while delivering incremental value
- Ensuring solutions meet security, governance, resilience, and performance standards
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks across complex programmes
- Exploring how AI and emerging technologies can enhance customer experiences, platform capabilities, and architectural practices

What We're Looking For
We're seeking architects who combine technical excellence with strong consulting and leadership skills. You'll ideally bring:
- Experience designing enterprise-scale digital commerce, customer engagement, or front-office solutions
- Strong Solution Architecture and systems integration experience
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and modern engineering practices
- Experience working with commerce, CRM, CMS, customer experience, or digital transformation platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing technical direction
- Knowledge of security, governance, scalability, and performance best practices
- A passion for innovation, customer experience, and emerging AI technologies

- Salary up to £90,000 Gross/a depending on location
