Commerce Media Lead | London (Hybrid 2-3 x days per week in office)
Commerce Media is one of the fastest growing areas of digital advertising right now, and my client, a well known and highly respected organisation working across the digital media industry, is looking for someone to lead their work in this space.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.
What makes it interesting is the breadth of people you'll be working with. You'll build close relationships with counterpart organisations internationally, alongside UK experts shaping the wider market. You'll also work closely with internal teams across research, strategy, marketing and events to make sure Commerce Media has real weight across the organisation's agenda.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Another key part of the role is engaging directly with businesses across the industry to agree what matters most and turning that into a clear roadmap with real outputs and deadlines.
You'll also represent the company externally, speaking at conferences, taking part in media interviews and joining senior stakeholder forums.
I'd love to talk to people who have:
- A strong understanding of Commerce Media and the wider digital advertising landscape
- Experience leading projects that involve multiple organisations and stakeholders
- Confidence speaking publicly and facilitating conversations between senior people with different priorities
- A collaborative style, comfortable pulling together expertise from across a business rather than working alone
