Addingstone are an award-winning Commercial and Property insurance broker, providing advice and bespoke insurance solutions to businesses throughout the UK.

We are looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire to seek new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

THE ROLE / DAY TO DAY:

  • Identify and generate new business lead and cross-sale opportunities
  • Develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Utilise existing knowledge and expertise, providing technical advice where required
  • Negotiate with insurers on best policy terms for clients
  • Maintain company standards in quality of solutions provided to clients, in line with FCA requirements
  • Contribute to and support the overall company growth

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance experience
  • Passionate and highly driven to be successful
  • Proven success and progression within previous roles
  • Experience in using Acturis - Beneficial
  • Cert CII – Desirable
