Commercial Account Executive

Horsforth, Leeds | £28,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

Some companies talk about growth. This one is genuinely in the middle of it.

Backed by private equity investment and already generating over £3.5 million in annual revenue, this is a business with serious ambitions. They've built an impressive reputation within the B2B space and are now entering the next phase of their journey, investing heavily in people, technology, and commercial growth.

As a result, they're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.

The Opportunity

This isn't a volume-based sales role where you'll spend your day working through endless cold call lists.

Instead, you'll be encouraged to think differently.

  • Creating personalised LinkedIn videos
  • Sending voice notes
  • Building targeted outreach campaigns
  • Finding new ways to spark conversations with decision-makers

You'll have the freedom to be creative and make your mark.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
