Grow relationships. Create opportunities. Make an impact.

At Clear Group, we believe great Account Executives do far more than place insurance.

  • They build trusted relationships.
  • They help clients make informed decisions.
  • They identify opportunities others miss.
  • And they create long-term value for clients, colleagues, and the wider business.

We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing UK Retail Sales team and play a key role in driving client retention, business development, and sustainable growth.

Whether developing new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, or helping clients navigate their evolving insurance needs, you'll act as a trusted adviser who combines commercial thinking with exceptional client service.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and winning new business opportunities.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
  • Building trusted relationships with clients, prospects, and insurer partners.
  • Leading renewal and placement discussions to achieve competitive and appropriate outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and broaden service propositions.
  • Collaborating with Broking Operations and specialist teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Contributing to growth, retention, and revenue objectives across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
