As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic and professional Commercial Team.
The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. Working closely with clients, insurers and Account Executives, you’ll handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, quotations and day-to-day enquiries while building strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration.
- Obtain and negotiate quotations with a wide panel of insurers.
- Deliver technical advice and tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support Account Executives with new business and renewal opportunities.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with FCA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using Acturis.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience within a commercial insurance brokerage.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of commercial insurance products.
- Experience using Acturis (preferred).
- A positive, proactive and professional approach.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Working towards or holding Cert CII is desirable but not essential.
