About Upwind

Upwind is the runtime-first cloud security platform. While traditional tools flood security teams with alerts, Upwind uses real-time runtime context to show what's actually exploitable, so teams fix what matters first. Powered by eBPF sensors and agentless discovery, our CNAPP brings together cloud posture, real-time threat detection and response, vulnerability management and API security in one platform.

We're one of the fastest-growing companies in cloud security, and we're building our UK & Ireland team now. This is a chance to join early, own a fast-moving segment and help shape how Upwind wins with the region's most innovative scale-ups and growing businesses.

The Role

We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive who thrives on pace, quick wins and new business. You'll own the SMB and startup segment across UK&I, selling to cloud-native companies that are scaling fast and need security that keeps up. You'll run a high-velocity pipeline, manage multiple deals at once and build relationships with founders, CTOs and heads of engineering and security. You'll work closely with Solutions Engineering, Channel and Marketing to generate pipeline and close.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
