We’re looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Account Handler to join our established and supportive team in Leatherhead.
Working alongside our experienced brokers, you’ll play a key role in servicing new and existing commercial insurance clients, including major scheme-based clients.
What you will be doing
The role includes:
- Managing renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Obtaining and presenting competitive quotations
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Working closely with insurers and underwriters to deliver tailored solutions
- Responding to client queries and ensuring accurate records
- Handling invoicing and general policy administration
What you will bring:
- At least 2 years’ General Commercial Insurance experience, ideally in Commercial Vehicles, Motor Fleet, Public Liability or Employers’ Liability
- Has a confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
- Is organised, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Acturis experience would be an advantage.
- Has a genuine interest in developing a career in commercial insurance
- CII study/progression is advantageous — and fully supported by us
